The General Epistle of Samuel (slow week)‏

January 6, 2014

Well hello again!

Another week has passed by. It seemed to move pretty slow. The finding wasn't exceptionaly fruitful since we only taught two lessons this week. Ouch! But out of those two lessons we were able to get a new investigator. It was a media referral. The guy found Mormon.org all on his own and referred himself for a missionary visit. We went and taught him and the spirit was able to touch him pretty powerfuly so we are pleased to have another person to teach. He was very prepared to hear about the gospel.

Other than that we have just had rain and wind. I was extremely tired by the end of the week so I am happy to have a P-day today. Today we aren't planning on doing too much. Probably lunch at Revolution (it's half price every monday) with the other Elders, which by the way we have a new one now. Elder Pinaar is from South Africa and speaks Afrikans (like dutch) but has an American accent haha. Too many American companions. Other than that our district stayed the same. Tomorrow is Zone Conference here in Ipswich which I am happy about. It means we don't have to take the train anywhere and I don't have to get up earlier than usual. The Assistants to the President are coming to our flat tonight to sleep over inorder to be here early to set up so they get the floor :)

This next week should be pretty good. Lots of meal appointments and lots of work so I am looking forward to it. Elder Martinez is doing great and we are having a lot of fun. Well thats it for this week. I hope you all have enjoyed your past week and enjoy this one. I love you all and look forward to hearing from you again!

Love,
Elder Dalton
